01Services
Vispo provides guardian LINE verification, student invitation linking, child switching, arrival and departure notifications, attendance calendars, campus and class administration, class attendance, journals, leave and replies, staff timekeeping, and payroll estimates. Available features vary by organization.
02Eligibility and accounts
Guardians must use their own LINE account and have authority to view linked students. Staff must use their own account. Do not share invitation links, check-in codes, or administrator credentials with unauthorized people. Report misuse or unusual activity to your classroom immediately.
03Official account and notifications
Guardians must add and not block the Vispo official account to receive arrival notifications. Messages may be affected by connectivity, LINE status, quotas, or maintenance. Use the attendance calendar and the organization's on-site records as the primary source.
04Nature of attendance data
A check-in time means the system accepted that attendance event. It does not confirm pickup, supervision, location, or emergency safety. Contact the classroom directly about safety or travel concerns; do not rely only on automated notifications.
04AJournals and payroll estimates
Instructors publish journals after class attendance is complete. Guardian replies and leave requests remain subject to organization review. Payroll screens are review drafts based on time, sessions, attendance, and rules. Organizations remain responsible for legally reviewing wages, overtime, deductions, insurance, and other amounts due.
05Prohibited conduct
- Impersonating others, linking students without authority, or sharing one-time invitations.
- Interfering with the service, bypassing access controls, bulk scraping, or testing unauthorized accounts.
- Entering false data, improperly checking in for others, or using the service unlawfully or to infringe rights.
06Changes and interruptions
Vispo may change features for maintenance, security, legal requirements, LINE or cloud-platform changes, or organization needs. We aim to give advance notice of reasonably foreseeable material interruptions, except for urgent security actions.
07Intellectual property and liability
Vispo or its licensors own the service's software, interface, copy, and brand design. To the extent permitted by law, Vispo is not responsible for harm caused by communication outages, device issues, third-party failures, or unauthorized use not attributable to Vispo.
08Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For questions or disputes, first contact the Vispo official account or your classroom's usual contact.
